Federal Way Community Center Warming Center Open During Daytime Hours

The Federal Way Community Center (FWCC) is now serving as a warming center for residents during periods of extreme cold weather.

Located at 876 S. 333rd Street, FWCC will immediately serve as a warming center for residents during the day. The FWCC warming center is available until the weather improves.

Mayor Jim Ferrell is working with FUSION to help keep the Federal Way community warm due to extended cold temperatures.

The City of Federal Way is partnering with FUSION to activate a severe weather shelter tonight, Tuesday, Jan. 22. FUSION’s shelter will temporarily accommodate homeless individuals based on availability at 1505 S. 328th Street, Federal Way, 98003.
