Why Federal Way?
Town Square Park
Federal Way Mayor Jim Ferrell has called Town Square Park the city’s beating heart since its opening in 2016. This park is the go-to destination for the City of Federal Way’s annual Tree Lighting event, a highly-anticipated gathering that attracts hundreds of visitors.
Performing Arts & Event Center
In 2017, the City of Federal Way opened its state-of-the-art Performing Arts & Event Center (PAEC), which features modern house acoustics, a 4K video projection system, a Yamaha QL5 Sound Console, and an ETC Ion Lighting Console. The PAEC can host conferences, meetings, and private events throughout the year, including trade shows, corporate training programs, conventions, banquets, and other special occasions.
Woodbridge Corporate Park
The Woodbridge Corporate Park on the former Weyerhaeuser campus is owned by Industrial Realty Group (IRG), a nationwide real estate development and investment firm. The property in Federal Way spans over 425 acres and includes 830,000 square feet of office, industrial, and lab space. IRG has prioritized responsible development and recognizes the importance of preserving the natural beauty of the historic Weyerhaeuser site for the community.
