Arts Explosion is returning May 28–30, 2027!
Mark your calendars for another exciting weekend celebrating art, creativity, and community in Federal Way! We're looking forward to bringing together talented artists, performers, and art lovers for another incredible event.
What is Arts Explosion?
The Federal Way Arts Commission hosts the annual Arts Explosion Juried Art Show Festival at the Performing Arts & Event Center (PAEC). This vibrant celebration of creativity showcases the talents of both adult and youth artists from across the region, while promoting artistic growth, diversity, and community engagement.
From paintings and photography to sculpture, artisan work, and miniatures, Arts Explosion showcases a wide range of artistic styles and media. Artwork will be on display throughout the festival and available for public viewing and purchase. Join us to explore local talent, support artists, and experience the arts in an engaging, welcoming setting.
Interested in participating as an artist? The Call for Artists will open in January 2027. Stay tuned for more details on how to apply and be part of Arts Explosion 2027!
