The City of Federal Way has launched a survey to hear directly from residents who speak languages other than English. The goal is to ensure all community members can access City information and services no matter what language they speak.

This short survey is a key step in improving how the City communicates and serves its diverse population. Feedback collected will help shape future efforts to:

• Share important information more effectively
• Make city services easier to access for everyone
• Better support all communities in Federal Way

The City encourages residents who use a language other than English at home, or who help family and friends navigate services, to take a few minutes to complete the survey.
