Employment:
Councilmember Sessoms has built a 30-year career in higher education, workforce development, and nonprofit leadership. Currently, he works full-time at the University of Washington, developing recruiting and retention programming in support of graduate students pursuing their PhD in computer science and engineering.
Personal:
Since 2001, Les and his family have been part of the Federal Way community. As a husband and father of three, as well as a dedicated community member, Les is committed to building a safer, healthier, and more equitable Federal Way.
