Danielle Havens attended to University of Washington where she majored in English. After several years as a stay to home mom of her two amazing (now adult) children, she attended the Seattle University School of Law. Upon graduating, she entered private practice with Milios Defense where she focused on criminal defense and victim advocacy. Beginning in 2022, Danielle served as a full time Judge Pro Tempore in 14 courts in King and Pierce Counties.
Danielle ran for Municipal Court Judge in Federal Way because she loves the community and the outstanding staff at the Court. Judge Havens is thrilled to be joining our Municipal Court. When not in court she spends her time with her family of humans and cats. She loves Pilates, reading, writing and water coloring. Judge Havens is a member of the FW Kiwanis Club, Soroptimist International of FW, AAUW, and volunteers with the FW Community Caregiving Network and Westside Baby Hub.
