This information is for property managers and residents of multi-family dwellings with central garbage billing. Condo or mobile home residents who set-up and pay for garbage service directly via WM should visit the residential recycling page.

WM collects garbage from area apartments and condos and service includes mandatory recycling.

WM provides unlimited recycling service at no additional charge for all multi-family complexes. The City and WM work together to help make recycling easy for property managers, maintenance staff and residents! What is Recyclable?

View the Recycling Guide for a list of accepted items. All recyclable items can go in the blue recycling container: clean paper, glass, plastic bottles, jars, metal cans, and cardboard. Please keep recycling loose (empty out bags or boxes) - this helps sorting equipment do its job. And, please, no plastic bags!

Follow these three simple rules: 

1. Include only empty, clean, and dry bottles, cans, paper and cardboard. 

2. Never include food or liquid. 

3. Never put your recycling into plastic bags or put plastic bags in your recycling.
