Weekend Road Closures: Portions of I-5 and Southbound SR 167 in Kent and Federal Way for Roadwork and Detours
I-5 overnight closures
Both directions of I-5 between SR 18 in Federal Way and 54th Avenue East in Fife will be closed overnight on Friday, Sept. 27 and Saturday, Sept. 28. Northbound lanes are closed by 10:30 p.m. and southbound lanes by 11 p.m. Lanes begin reopening at 7 a.m. on Saturday with all lanes open by 11 a.m. On Sunday, lanes begin reopening at 8 a.m. with all lanes open by noon.

The City of Federal Way (βCityβ) is looking for an experienced consultant (βConsultantβ) to help guide the City in embracing and supporting the growing diversity of our community. The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the provision of diversity, equity, and inclusion (βDEIβ) consulting services, in accordance with the Scope of Service of this RFP.
The City intends to award a one-year contract, with up to three (3) additional, one-year renewal options, unless earlier terminated pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the executed contract.
